Offer Terms and Conditions

  • The offer is valid for contracts from 01/02/2025 without debts or settlement with the previous provider and regardless of consumption level.
  • For energy customers connected to the low voltage interconnected network for residential and professional supplies for daytime and nighttime consumption charges.
  • The preferential rate is provided after timely payments of all bills preceding the final bill. Otherwise, the published price list rate applies. The monthly fee is charged even with timely payments.
  • The discount value will be credited to the first bill after the final electricity consumption bill and will apply to the previous billing cycle, provided all bills have been paid on time.
  • Adjustment of average supply cost: The energy price may be adjusted based on Article 6.3 of the general terms of the electricity supply contract.
  • The nighttime consumption rate is 0,0765 €/kWh, with no discounts for timely payments.
  • Discounts apply only to the competitive portion and only to the daytime consumption charge.
  • KOT beneficiaries are excluded.
